We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • The dress must be free of perfume, makeup stains, alterations, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure dresses

  • Final sale items

  • Accessories, veils, and personalized products

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
